02 How installation works
Three steps,
one quote.
Installation is quoted per job, never as a "from" price, because every wall is different.
Choose it when you order
The $99 deposit is charged with your order. Choose Delivery & Installation at checkout, whether you designed the piece or bought it from the shop.
We call within 3 business days
One of our team confirms the wall, the fixings and the access, and visits to measure where the job needs it.
We quote before any work
The $99 comes off that quote, so you pay the balance only.
If we can't offer installation at your address, or you decide not to go ahead before we have visited, the deposit is refunded in full. Once we have been out to measure, the deposit is retained as the site-assessment fee.
Complex or oversized installs (stairwells, double-height walls, commercial fit-outs) usually need a site visit before we can quote.
Framed mirrors are installed on a split batten; if you chose to hang one yourself, the batten is added at checkout.
03 What we hang

and the big ones.
