01Lead times
We make custom pieces to order, so please allow approx. 1–2 weeks for custom framing and, for mirrors, approx. 4–5 weeks for a framed or backlit mirror, approx. 2–3 weeks for an unlit frameless one, plus 1–3 business days in transit. Ready-made frames and canvases are not made to order: they are 1–3 business days in transit after dispatch, or free to pick up. Each product page states its own make time, and your quote confirms it.
Lead times are estimates and depend on the job: its materials, how complex it is, what our suppliers have in stock and how quickly the specification is approved. If yours will take longer, we'll tell you. See clause 7 of our terms.
02Mirrors and framing
Delivery across Greater Sydney, the Central Coast and Wollongong is from $60.50 incl. GST (installation not included). Beyond that, pieces that box to around 1 × 1 m ship via our courier partner at the rate shown at checkout for your postcode, GST included. See Delivery & installation for current pricing. Larger and oversize pieces are delivered by arrangement: we'll confirm the best option and price with you.
03Prints
Prints are shipped in a tube and can be sent Australia-wide via our couriers.
04Pickup
Prefer to collect? Pick up your order from our Matraville workshop, Unit 11, 61–71 Beauchamp Road, Matraville NSW 2036, at no charge. Pickup hours are Mon–Fri 9am–5pm and Sat 11am–2pm.
05Couriers & insurance
We use our courier partner and private direct couriers. Items sent by courier are covered by the courier's transit insurance.
06Installation
For delivery plus installation, see how installation works, or contact us for a quote.
07If it arrives damaged
Photograph it and report it within 48 hours of delivery: that's what our courier's insurance requires. It doesn't limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. The full policy is on our Returns policy page.
