01What we collect
We collect information you give us when you request a quote, place an order, create an account, subscribe to our newsletter or contact us: typically your name, email, phone, delivery or installation address, order and project details, and any artwork or files you send us. If you apply for a trade account we also collect your business name and ABN. We also collect basic technical data (such as pages visited) when you use this site.
02How & why we use it
We use your information to prepare quotes, make and deliver your order, arrange installation, process payments, provide support, meet our legal and tax obligations and, where you have opted in, send you news about our products and workshop. We do not sell your personal information.
03Who we share it with
We share information only as needed to run our business: with delivery and installation partners, our payment provider Stripe, the provider that hosts this website and our business system (Odoo), the provider that sends our email, our accountants, and third parties where required by law. Some of these providers store or process data outside Australia, including in the United States and the European Union; where they do, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information is protected.
04Storage & security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and to destroy or de-identify it when it is no longer needed. No online transmission is completely secure, but we work to keep your data safe.
05Direct marketing
If you subscribe, we may send you occasional updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails or by contacting us, and we will stop.
06Cookies & analytics
This site uses cookies and similar tools to make it work, to understand how it is used, and to measure and target our advertising.
Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages are visited, where visitors came from, and the device and approximate location they use. Its advertising features (remarketing and Google Signals) are on, so Google may use this to show our ads to people who have visited the site.
Meta Pixel. We use the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Pixel to record pages visited, button clicks and purchases, and, at checkout, the name and email you enter in a scrambled (hashed) form. Meta uses this to measure our ads and show them to the right people.
Google and Meta process this data overseas, including in the United States. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on, change how Google uses it for ads in Google's ad settings, and change how Meta uses it in your Facebook ad preferences.
Your choice on this site. The cookie notice at the foot of the page lets you choose Only essentials, which switches Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel off and is remembered on this device. If you keep browsing or press OK, they stay on. To change your mind later, clear this site's cookies in your browser and the notice will ask again.
Our enquiry forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which collects technical data about your browser to tell people from bots; Google's Privacy Policy applies to that. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
07Access, correction & complaints
You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you by contacting us. If you have a privacy concern, contact us first and we will work to resolve it; you may also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
